Carlo
Margaritelli
Senior Partner
Carlo is senior partner at AJM Accountants, having taken over the reins from Tony Margaritelli in 2014.
Before joining AJM Accountants in 2005, Carlo had worked as a Management Accountant for over 25 years.
Carlo is responsible for all aspects of accounts preparation and taxation. Carlo is also hands on in assisting in the day to day running of the practice.
In his spare time, Carlo enjoys listening to live rock music, the cinema and following his favourite football team over land and sea.
Angela
Margaritelli
Office Manager
Angela Margaritelli joined the practice in 2013 as office manager. Angela has over 30 years experience from a public service financial administration background.
Angela is the backbone of the business, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office, as well as its daily administrative functions.
In her spare time, Angela is a keen photographer and enjoys gardening and DIY.
George
Lilley
Partner
George is a partner at AJM Accountants, having joined the already resourceful team in 2012 after completing his AAT qualification.
George is responsible for most of the day to day running of the practice, lending his hand to anything required.
Alongside accounts preparation, George specialises in personal taxation, VAT and oversees all book-keeping and payroll for our clients.
In his spare time, George plays the drums in a rock band, playing at venues and small festivals across London and the south east.
Tony
Margaritelli
Consultant
Tony built up the practice organically over 30 years ago. In September 2014, Tony handed over the reins to Carlo Margaritelli.
Tony continues to have input in the practice as a consultant.
His wealth of tax knowledge is second to none, making him a valuable asset to the practice.
Tony is also chairman of the ICPA, an organisation for accountants in practice. He attends committees and responds to consultations issued by any government body that may affect practicing accountants.
In his spare time, Tony likes listening to prog rock and watching live music & comedy.
Jack
Lilley
Accounts Assistant
Jack is the newest member of staff at AJM Accountants. Jack joined in October 2014 and is currently studying for his AAT qualification at Barking & Dagenham College.
Jack handles our book-keeping as well as being involved in the payroll processing for our clients.
With the advances in smartphones and cloud based software, Jack is a key player in keeping up to date with all things tech.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys competitive running as well as playing renditions of popular songs on his acoustic guitar.
Eleanor Margaritelli
HR Manager
Eleanor has been HR manager in the practice for the last 15 years, providing guidance on developing our team in terms of training and working together.
Eleanor also helps advise our clients on all aspects of health & safety and employment law.
In her spare time, Eleanor likes to keep fit, do the gardening and travel the world.
